This program is not based on deprivation and calorie counting (which have never worked). I help you to know how to nourish your body so your weight stabilize at healthy level amd your health improves significantly. When we work toether you will notice that cravings, binges and health risk markers (cholesterol, blood sugar etc.) often disappear. This is not short term. These changes last a lifetime, because they're based on natural nourishment and individuality. We look at your lifestyle and help you incorporate changes that meet your needs and teach you the tools to move forward.
With the fitness aspect of this program, I help you find the best methods to get you in shape in the most enjoyable way for you. If you do not like it, you will not do it (unless you are exceptionally disciplined). Our body is meant to move and it will deteriorate if sedentary. We start by building your foundation and then together we incorporate methods that balance you in an enjoyable way. You'll soon crave physical movement as you discover that when it's right for you it is often the most enjoyable part of your day.
