Fitness training occurs in a beautiful private studio, or in your own home, which ever is more convenient for you. We start where you are today, mentally, physically and emotionally and methodically work towards your goal. It does not matter what your fitness level is when you start, you will see improvements when you work with your dedicated trainer.
Frequency of training sessions are based on your availability, experience, your goals and budget. During our initial consultation, we devise a plan that meets all of your needs.

Personal Fitness Training works for individuals who want the benefit of a highly trained professional who is dedicated to your personal goals. If you've never exercised or played a sport, I'll help you get started, and it is NOT intimidating. As a matter of fact, the goal is to enjoy the process.
If you're an athlete or have a strong fitness background, but feel stuck, I will help you get un-stuck! With more than twenty years of experience, I know what the plateau feels like, I even know oh too well, what boredom can feel like. Working one on one, I will help you get past your barriers and take that giant leap that you dream about!
