Group Personal Training

Group Programs are a great way to start, or continue, your healthy lifestyle.  This "team" approach is very motivational and highly successful!


Group Fitness Includes

  • 3 times per week group personal training sessions

Group Personal Training

The energy provided by working with a group is amazing.  You will find yourself working harder with less effort.  This is a unique offering.  You receive the benefits of personal training (weight loss, fitness, optimal health & energy) provided by your own certified personal trainer (health counselor & yoga teacher), without the expense.

Group Personal Training allows you split the fee of indivualized training with your friends in a private studio.  Typically sessions are weekly and due to the reduced expense participants often elect to meet 2-3 times per week.
 

Group Nutrition & Health Coaching

Group nutrition & health coaching sessions are also highly motivational and successful.  You receive support from the entire group, while making each session a great experience.  The Group Nutrition & Health Coaching sessions typically occur twice per month for a period of 3-months. 


Holistic in Fitness is located on 68A Bradford St, Northampton Massachusetts - 413.427.6732  (info@holisticinfitness.com) In-home training is available for clients within a 20 mile radius.  Phone consultations are available for "Distance" clients.
